The runes are obviously from Diablo.
The runes form a pentagram shape. Coincidence? I think not.
Image 4 clearly reveals a set of eyes, which lines up perfectly with the Diablo 2 cover.--------------------------------------
Yeah, yeah. A lot of people are saying it is clearly Arthas behind the ice now. Here is a 20% overlay picture:
It does indeed line up perfectly, and it may very well be Arthas there...But what are the meanings of the runes? Is it related to the Death Knight's rune system? Why use runes from Diablo though...? Also, let's not forget the pentagram shape they are arranged in. Check this out though:
It could just as easily go the other way.
I'm still adamant that the reveal will be D3. We all know Blizzard has been working on it for a long time. Perhaps they are just trying to throw us off with the ice and Arthas. However, they may not be ready to reveal it just yet....All this WotLK stuff is really complicating things. What news could they possible bring us from WotLK? A concrete release date? Big deal. That hardly warrants all this hype. Maybe a new hero class? Now that would suffice.
